Our organic hemp rice cakes have a thin circular shape and a reduced weight. They are produced from a mixture of puffed rice and edible glue, modelled, and then dried. Puffed rice is made by heating the seeds of the cereal with steam and in high-pressure environments, although the method may differ depending on the specific product.

In the most common format, a rice cake weighs about 10g, contains 8g of carbohydrates, and supplies about 30-40 calories. They can also come from brown rice or other cereals, such as corn, or other plants, such as our organic hemp and rice cakes.
