Our hemp seed flour comes from 100% organic hemp from the Italian region of Marche through the stone grinding of the seeds. It contains a high quantity of fibre and vegetable protein, which makes it excellent even for the most particular diets.

Use it in doughs for bread, pizza, desserts, and other baked goods by replacing 8-10% of the total quantity of flour.

It may contain traces of cereals with gluten.
